Well, the terms they used regarding safety were "significant" and
"imminent danger."  That's why they shut it down immediately.

Yes, this weekend is Easter, spring breat starts for UM, and of course
there are lots of kids up at MSDB who have been taking the bus home
for weekends and holidays.

It ain't pretty.
