Greetings all!

It looks like the convention is coming together nicely. I think the
room rates are great, and I just made a reservation for myself and
Jublie. Can't wait to see all of you in Billings!

I normally send this to committee members only but much has happened since this last meeting. As many of you know, I am now President of this affiliate due to Travis Moses's resignation. He will be greatly missed by all of us! He will certainly be in our thoughts and prayers! We wish him a speedy recovery! I think Dan Burke said it well in an earlier post on this list!

I always look forward to these at large phone conference meetings. You can participate in this meeting as well as the convention planning meeting by calling our conference number:

If you do not reserve a room by the first of October, you will stay in a room anywhere in the hotel if space is available. You will need to phone the hotel desk and leave them a credit card number. I understand one can cancel this three days before the event begins! Here is the convention hotel information!

This could be a working activity where we may look into where we are now, how will we find new members, what will some of our goals and objectives be for the coming year!

This could start midmorning or in the afternoon depending on how long the board meeting lasts. Our National Representative, Mark Rickabono will bring us up to date with our national movement. A technology session may follow where one can discuss any new technology which was recently purchased as the newer Victor Stream, the ID Mate Quest or any other technology which was recently purchased.
