Hello,  Here is the March At Large Treasure State minutes to review before
the meeting.

The meeting of the At Large Treasure State chapter was called to order at
10:05 am on 3/8/14.  There are 12 people in attendance.

Stacie Huff

A boy named Anthony who attends the Deaf & Blind school needs to raise money
to sing in a choir and leaves on 3/11/14.  Ted moved to donate $100.  It was
approved by the board.  The affiliate has 10,545 in the treasury.  Our
status for the at Large Treasure State chapter for a 501 c is on hold
because of the IRS and don't know when it will happen.  The Braille Monitor
tells about the phone number for listening to the Presidential release
343-341-4234.  A motion was made for Bruce to authorize Linda to open a bank
account, P.O. Box and a tax ID.  It was approved.  Linda made a $100
donation to the chapter.  The state constitution needs to be revised if we
want to have chapter dues.  Jeff suggested to write a donation letter to
send out & also to contact businesses face to face to raise money for
convention.  . Bruce talked about the Voc Rehab meeting on March 28 and
encouraged everyone to attend to give their thoughts about services.  The
members in Billings brought up that seniors are not getting any assistance
because of funding or non job related.  Meeting adjourned at 10:56 am.
