[Nfbmt] anyone tried to use Facebook with an alternative software?

There is supposed to be a JAWS webinar available on how to use FaceBook and
Twitter. I haven't taken it yet. I think the mobile FaceBook site is a lot
easier to navigate. I have been able to use h to navigate through headings
on the main site as well, though. To me, navigating FaceBook is a
time-consuming hassle, and I spend a lot of time getting through a lot of
meaningless stuff to get to the few things I want to read. It's not really
worth it, but it's the only way I can get to the few things I want to know
about what my kids or grandkids are up to. Joy

Hey Rik,

I haven't heard about it. I almost exclusively work from the mobile Face
Book site.

m.facebook.com

As you might expect, there are some things you can't do from this site, but
it is a lot more stream-lined. It uses heading markers now effectively, so
you can jump from post to post quickly, etc.

The notifications link is also pretty useful to me, since I post a lot for
the Center. All the info gets aggregated into that area, including birthday
reminders.
