[Nfbmt] A ridiculous Question

When I worked for pizza hut, as well with big sisters, I got the same raises as everyone else. 
I did not understand that working with the public we did not get raises. 
I thought we were fighting for the raise in work shop settings. 
If I am correct, then why would not the workers stand up for you. Or shall I say us!
