[Nfbmt] Good Treasure State chapter meeting

There are any number of ways to set up a chat room and restrict it to
members only.  I'm sure some of the techies on this list would know.  That
way they could be set up to be visual or nonvisual.

A valid point, Joy.  I personally would be concerned how we would make sure
our image would appear in the screen, how would we make sure our head wasn't
cut off, stuff like that.  I don't know anything about it and I'm not
interested enough to investigate it.  I was just sharing Randi's idea.
Personally, I think it would be an extra expense that our chapter probably
doesn't want to take on right now.

Another thought about go to meeting: That obviously assumes that whoever is
at the meeting will be at a computer.  That might be ok for now, but
theoretically someone who belongs to or wishes to belong to the chapter may
not have a computer at their disposal.  A phone is more likely to be had by
anyone who wishes to become a member.  But it is still a good idea.  Does
anybody know how to set it up?  Inquiring minds would love to know.

The go to meeting thing is an idea.  The rest of it is just politeness and
common sense: don't speak when somebody else is speaking, and ask for the
floor so you can be heard.  Sometimes on a conference call some of the
phones are so soft it's hard to hear each other. Joy
