[Nfbmt] Good Treasure State chapter meeting

Hi Joy!

I agree!  Our two chapters have their monthly meetings.  The NFBMT 
Board of Directors takes care of state business between conventions.  
As you know, our next board meeting is on Monday, January  20th.  I'm 
gathering many important NFB documents together on my phone.  We 
certainly need to review our state and chapter constitutions periotically.
