[Nfbmt] smart phones

Hi Jim,

I am pleased that I have become proficient enough with the touch screen
to text someone or send an Email when I need to do so without taking
any other keyboards with me. I've even texted in a vehicle and on a
bus but that can be tricky on a rough road. Should I need to do some
serious Email and go through lots of it, I'm glad I have a keyboard.
It is nice to be outside on a nice day rather than be in the basement
where I am now on this 90 degree day!

The stream got off onto a shaky start but I'm so pleased when I can
take advantage of it when I'm not there! Rik did a great job for us on
the potium. I'm sure all of you will have much to say when you get
back! Between George Kersher and accessibilityh issues with the
University Of Montana, we certainly were in the spotlight again! I'm
looking forward to the Saturday session.

Dan is dynamic! I'm sure he was an excellent example for those Center
Students!

The other two things I'm looking forward to are the NFB app and the
KNFB Reader. There is so much on the horizon for all of us and we are
making it happen!

Jim
