[Nfbmt] Baltimore weather

According to WBAL, some places are going to get hit pretty hard, but
Baltimore won't be impacted enough to put this storm in the top ten.  They
might get 14 inches of snow, but they would have to get over 18 inches of
snow to break the record set in 2010 or whenever they had their last biggie
snowstorm.  I think we might dodge a bullet unless the airlines can't de-ice
or something.  What's a few feet of snow to a Montanan?  Joy
