CASPER -- Memorial services for Richard Reed, 39, will be held at 2 p.m.
Wednesday, March 23, 2016, at Paradise Valley Christian Church, with the
Rev.
Dave Mondel officiating. He died Sunday, March 13, 2016, in Casper.
Bustard's Funeral Home is assisting the family.
