[NFBMT] mail ballot election

Now that Rep. Ryan Zinke has been confirmed as Secretary of the Interior and
has resigned as our Congressional representative, Governor Bullock has
scheduled the voting for his replacement to take place on Thursday, May 25,
85 days after Representative Zinke's resignation.
