[NFBMT] Convention Details

Because of records that need to be kept I would like to be at the registration table with anyone else who would like to sit to help welcome people as they come, handing out agendas, name tags and receive door prizes.  I think the door prizes could be received at the registration table to be placed on a table behind the registration table to be organized so they can be used equally throughout the convention. I hope this sounds all right. I would appreciate if you could get some help on Friday from 4pm till the rush let’s up and Saturday morning till meeting starts.  It should be okay then till evening 15 minutes before the banquet because of those who attend the banquet only.
I will do door prizes again this year if that is okay.
