Robert,
We all think that AMTRAK should be servicing more of the state, but Billings, the largest city in the state lost the service back in the early 80's. Many years ago a loop came from Havre through Great Falls and back to Shelby, but that went out with the advent of paved highways.

Hello:

Being curious, I looked at the list of Amtrak stations. Amtrak only serves stations along a route crossing northern Montana. The closest station to Missoula is White Fish which is a two hour plus drive. I think it odd that their isn't passenger service from Missoula, one of Montana's larger cities.

Regards,

Robert
