[NFBMT] Voting Systems for People with Disabilities

There was an interim meeting today about voting accessibility in Helena.

I think there will be another one in May. We should plan to try to go, or
perhaps to be on the agenda. At the very least, maybe we should write
letters to the committee to let them know what we think. I thought I would
listen to this meeting first to see where they are going, and then write
something.
