[NFBMT] zoom

Hello, I was on the presidential meeting on thursday and zoom will be 
the primary platform used for the national convention. there will be 
other ways in place so that people without accessibility to zoom or any 
type of communication that involves the use of a computer will be 
available probable a toll free conference line.
