[NFBMV] Blindness disclosure advice

There is no "right" answer to this.  In general my experience is that 
you want to put off telling as long as you can, but not so long that 
the person feels tricked or deceived.  It is complicated by a test, 
which may or not be accessible, or may or may not measure the 
capabilities of a blind person.  Good luck.
