We are getting closer to me submitting and completing the form on what Ohio will sale at the National Convention.  Attached you will find a document to complete that will list your Exhibit items. Please email this form by May 4, 2018; as I must submit this information to complete our registration.     
 
Finally, below is the schedule for the Exhibit Hall to discuss with your members. If you have any questions, let me know!

When do exhibitors set up, exhibit, and tear down?

Exhibit setup: July 3, noon–4:30 p.m.

Exhibit hall hours:

·         July 4, Sponsors-only preview, 9:00–11:00 a.m.; General exhibits, 11:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
·         July 5, 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
·         July 6, noon–1:45 p.m.; 7:00–9:00 p.m.
·         July 7, noon–1:45 p.m.
Exhibit teardown: July 7, 1:45—3:00 p.m. and 6:00–8:00 p.m.

The exhibit schedule above is based upon the general session schedule as published in the convention agenda. Any changes to the general session schedule that may occur during the convention will result in conforming shifts in the exhibit schedule and will be announced in the exhibit hall.
