[NFBMV] Treasurer report

Treasurer report thru June 30, 2018.  At the June meeting there was a discussion regarding which NFB funds the chapter would contribute too.  Since the meeting was held outside and it was very difficult to hear and I was not sure to exactly what was agreed upon I have not issued any checks to support these funds.  I will not issue any check until there is clarification on this issue.
