Hello Everyone,
     I am going to start calling people to find out what you are bringing  to the picnic. Everyones cooperation
Will be much appreciated. Please if you can have in mind what you would like to bring That would make our conversation short and sweet. I am going to start school in a couple of weeks and would like to have most of the details worked out by then. I may have to ask you to bring additional items so that the load is shared by everyone. Thank you to to those who gave me suggestions. If you have planed an event before I would appreciate some help. Please let me know if you can help. I will be making calls this evening and Sun., Mon and Wen. Do to my work schedule. I was recently promoted and I have a lot going on, but I would like to express that I am looking foreword to this picnic. It will be fun.
