Good morning everyone,

Thanks for everyone’s contributions to the meeting this morning. There were some great discussions and feedback regarding our Transit System Redesign. Like our guest, John Hoff, said this morning, our survey will only be out there for a few more weeks. We definitely want everyone’s feedback about what they think our fixed route system should look like. Riders and non-riders alike. Please pass on our survey to your fellow riders, those that you represent, or those that may have an invested interest in what their transit system should look like moving forward. The link to the survey can be found at the top of the page of: http://www.i-riderta.org/whatdrivesyou . I have attached the PowerPoint presentation that John gave this morning. I have also attached PDF’s of the Fact Sheet handout this morning as well as a generic flyer for the program.

Also, we discussed our separate survey that is out on the streets right now, our Customer Satisfaction Survey. This is our annual survey they provides us great benchmarking data on where we are on in the area of customer service. Bus cleanliness, driver friendliness, how customers obtain schedule info, etc. We can look at the survey the results to see how we compare to our previous results as well as how we compare to our peer transit agencies. That survey can be found at: http://www.i-riderta.org/abbgsatisfactionsurvey .

Please share this info as much as you can. These surveys and their results will help us create a better transit system for the community that we serve. You can share this via email, printed copies, or even through social media channels. You can create your own posts or even share some our posts.

Just a friendly reminder of our upcoming Customer Advocacy Group meeting. It is being held this Thursday, 8:00am. We will have RTA’s Transit System Redesign Manager, John Hoff, as our guest. He will be discussing RTA’s efforts for a total system redesign and what that will mean for not only you, but for those individuals you represent.
