Welcome and call to order
Roll call

Treasures report
Committee reports: state convention updates, hospitality committee identified by Sheila Hardy -Wilson.
Donations committee, Karen Warner will give an update.
Membership: we all need to bring in members share your story, don’t keep it a secret someone else can benefit. Also we need people to pay their dues.
Dan report: Dan is in need of support to continue as a division within the affiliate. Wanda will give an update as to what chapters can do to assist.
At 2:15 PM Mr. Robert rather,, Attorney at law guest of Terry More will give us a presentation. Please give him your attention, we know that people will be leaving to get their buses after 2:30 PM.
We encourage everyone to listen to the presidential release, or News Line, podcasts, Alexa, where ever you can possibly read it even on the website.
