[NFBMV] Minutes for January 11, 2020, Meeting

Hello, here are the minutes included in a Word file, formatted as usual.
Dr. Peters, you did a wonderful job!  I must apologize again as I won't be
present next time due to double-booking myself with my mom.  I'm sorry for
asking you to do this two months in a row, but if you wish not to type them
up yourself you could always record on your phone and send me the minutes,
or ask someone else to do it.
