[Nfbn-announce] Update on LB1006

Below is an update from Carlos Servan.


In a previous message I mentioned that LB1006 was attached to LB858 back in
February, and it went to the Governor desk on April 2.  The Governor signed
LB858, with the amendment LB1006, on April 6.  This will take effect on July
13, as there is not an emergency Clause.

LB1006 will give blind vendors better chances to get vending sites on state
buildings or properties.
