DHHS to Launch New Accommodation Services Website

 

 

The Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) will soon launch an Accommodation Services questionnaire website for Nebraskans who require accommodation while seeking DHHS services. This questionnaire will document their responses and provide them with referrals to the DHHS division that can best meet their most critical, urgent need. ​

 

The new DHHS Accommodation Services questionnaire:  

 

*	Is easy to understand and takes less than three minutes to complete. 
*	Can be filled out by the Nebraskan or by someone else, on their behalf​.
*	Provides a Questionnaire ID number to help DHHS locate client specific responses.
*	Provides the Nebraskan with the contact information of the recommended division to reach out to for help. 

 

The DHHS Accommodation Services website will be available to all Nebraskans and Community Partners via the DHHS website at  <https://dhhs.ne.gov/> https://dhhs.ne.gov on March 18, 2024. 

 

Nebraskans can access Quick Reference Guides, “How To” videos, and answers to frequently asked questions on the  <https://dhhs.ne.gov/Pages/Accommodation-Resources.aspx> DHHS Accommodations Resources website. 

 

Community partners will be provided with training on the new website as we get closer to the release date.
