Subject: The US Congress a very short intro for Washington Seminar?

The Book “The US Congress; A Very Short Introduction” is up on BARD. I am 
planning to suggest that our Washington Seminar delegation members read it 
so that we have a better understanding of the intricacies of congress. I 
thought I would mention it in case anyone else wants to use it as a 
resource. It might be especially good with new members to our delegations. 
Although I have to admit that some of our veterans might benefit as well.
