*NFBNJ & Philly Touch Tour **9th Street Italian Market: 2-hour Sensory Tour
Event *

The Sports and Recreation Division invites all National Federation of the
Blind of New Jersey members to sign up for the 9th Street Italian Market; a
2-hour Sensory Tour  where paid participants will learn about the market's
family heritage and meet local store owners and vendors. Revel in the rich
aromas and tempt the taste buds at stores and stands overflowing with fresh
fruit, produce, pasta, cheeses, chocolates, flowers, herbs, spices and
olive oils. Philly Touch Tour staff offer sighted guide and verbal
description throughout the tour. Afterwards, interested individuals can
have lunch together at one of the nearby restaurants. Details listed
below:

*Date*:  Wednesday, May 9, 2018
*Time:*  9:45 am sharp to 3:00 pm
This range of time allows for participants to get to and from the Philly
Tour Hub for the Italian Market tour that is from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm
including lunch afterwards.  See Breakdown below:
We will be leaving the Philly Tour Hub at promptly 10:00 am. Please give
yourself enough time to reach the Philly Tour Hub.

The tour will be from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm

Lunch will be from 1:00 pm to 2:ish and is an additional cost that each
participant is responsible for.

We expect to be back at the Philly Tour Hub by
​3:00 pm for participants to wait for their Access Link
