Travel Assistance Helpline:

TSA Cares is a helpline for travelers who want to prepare for the screening process prior to flying. TSA Cares is toll free at 1-855-787-2227 or Federal Relay 711.

 

Passenger Support Specialist program:

A passenger support specialist ( <https://www.tsa.gov/travel/passenger-support> https://www.tsa.gov/travel/passenger-support) can provide on-the-spot assistance, to travelers requiring special accommodations or who are concerned about navigating the security screening process.
