*2. Long Branch Beach Day*
Date: Tuesday, July 17th
Time: 10 AM until 4:30 PM or so

Siham will wait at a bench on the boardwalk right outside of the restaurant
for anyone who would like assistance. Some activities will be walking the
boardwalk, having lunch and possibly going onto the beach. All members are
responsible for their own expenses. For those who would like to take a walk
on the boardwalk we can do so for as long or short as you’d like. There are
benches and bathrooms along the boardwalk. Please bring whatever will make
you comfortable such as a chair, a towel, sunscreen, a hat, water or
something to drink etc.


*3. North Jersey Bowling League *All are welcomed and this requires an 8
week commitment
Begins Wednesday, July 18th through Wednesday, September 5th from 6:00 pm
to 9:00 pm

*4. Asbury Park Beach Day*
Date: Saturday, July 28th
Time:  12:00 to 4:00 pm

located at 1300 Ocean Avenue Asbury Park, NJ 07712

Linda will meet participants at the curb outside of the Convention Hall.
All members are responsible for their own expenses. Activities will be
walking the boardwalk and having lunch. There are benches and bathrooms
along the boardwalk. Please bring whatever will make you comfortable such
as sunscreen, a hat, water or something to drink etc.

*5. 3rd Annual Surfing for Vision*
Date: August 18, 2018 rain date August 19, 2018
Sign in is from 8:00 to 11:00 am
Surfing is from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm

Great Lawn Fest 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm

Location: North Beach, Long Branch, NJ

The Sports and Recreation Division NFBNJ will have the opportunity to have
an Education and Outreach Event during this time.  We will distribute 
literature and take contact information for any individuals interested in
learning more about us. The goal is to share the gift of the NFBNJ with
other blind and vision impaired individuals during this time frame. Your
help is needed; if you are interested in helping with this outreach
