Please see below for an announcement from the State Employment and Training 
Commission (SETC) on the publication of the DRAFT New Jersey Combined State 
Plan, available for public comment until March 22, 2018. Directions on 
submitting comments to the SETC are attached, and where to find the DRAFT 
New Jersey Combined State Plan is found in the email below.

While the public is invited to comment on the entire document, and there are 
references to CBVI throughout the document, for those looking to read and 
provide feedback on the CBVI-specific content, CBVI's section can largely be 
found on pages 268-322.

Please note, this is a very large document, representing the entire state 
workforce system. Depending on your network connection speed, it may take 
several moments for the document to load on your computer or mobile device.

has been created through the collaborative efforts of the NJ State 
Employment and Training Commission (SETC), the NJ Department of Labor and 
Workforce Development (LWD) and key partner agencies including the New 
Jersey Department of Human Services and the Commission for the Blind and 
Visually Impaired.

Public comment must be submitted to the SETC no later than 4 pm on Thursday, 
March 22, 2018.  We encourage all partners and stakeholders to submit their 
written comments as soon as possible.  While the public comment time period 
is over on the 22nd, feedback regarding the Combined State Plan 2018 
Modification may be provided beyond that period.  The Plan is a living and 
breathing document that will, over time, be updated, reviewed and modified 
as necessary.

The DRAFT New Jersey Combined State Plan 2018 Modification is available on 
the SETC website at
