Thanks for your email. This would be an excellent opportunity for you, Joe, 
and others to urge Congressman Pallone to move forward on the GAIN Act. 
Congressman Pallone is the chair of the Energy and Commerce Committee, and 
as such has the primary discretion for moving the GAIN Act forward. It would 
be extremely helpful for the Chairman to hear from folks in his district 
and/or New Jersey on this important issue.
