Moderator Janie Degensheine has arranged for the author to be a guest
speaker during the call. Kristen is a recipient of NFB National and State

quarterly conference calls to discuss books from our recommended NFB
reading list. Our goal is to learn about the Federation and our members

blindness, calls Adult Reader Services at a library for the blind, she
connects with Benjamin, an older man working in customer service. The two
