                              As part of a cumulative relief effort to curb 
the economic impacts of the coronavirus, Congress passed the CARES Act on 
March 25th, 2020, which gives no-strings-attached stimulus payments to most 
taxpayers.

                              Some Americans that open their bank accounts 
today will find that they have already received an electronic payment. But 
payments may take longer for some, and there are stipulations regarding who
