Greetings all,



It is my honor and privilege as you’re newly elected President to wish you
all a happy, healthy and safe holiday season. I appreciate the emails,
phone calls and text messages of love and support. I look forward to
working with all of you in transforming our dreams into reality as we
strive for equality, opportunity and security for the blind.



With the COVID numbers on the rise and social distancing precautions in
place this may be a difficult time for many. To me it’s not about whose
house I can visit and more about finding ways to stay connected with my
family, friends and loved ones. So let’s reach out to each other.


This will be my second Christmas as Lucas Matthew's Abuela and my heart is
filled with love, joy and happiness and I wish the same feelings for each
of you!

1. Central Jersey Chapter Talent Showcase!
It’s time to dust off that guitar, warm up your voice, and ask one of your
family members to accompany you on piano! The NFB of NJ’s Central Jersey
chapter is hosting a post-holiday Talent Showcase, and whether you have a
song to perform, poem to read, or some other talent that we can enjoy
nonvisually over Zoom, we want you to be a part of it. The showcase will
take place virtually on Sunday, January 17 , 2021 from 3 to 4:30 P.M. Those
interested in performing  should email Carley Mullin at
carleymullin at gmail.com with their name and what they would like to perform.
We look forward to hearing from all you talented people!
