1. Affiliate Banquet Party: Like everything else at this year‘s convention
our traditional banquet will be a little different this year but with some
features we know that you’ll like! So, mark your calendar for Saturday, July
18 at 7 PM for fellowship at 7:00 pm followed by the traditional convention
banquet at 7:30 pm.

Imagine first of all it’s free! No extra cost secondly no need for banquet
exchange. we will all be sitting in the comfort of our respective homes.
Also you can eat whatever you want – – from hotdogs to salads to something
more elaborate. And you can wear whatever you want, sit in your cut off and
flip-flops; no worries about neckties, hosiery and make up.

the meeting ID that is displayed as a link. The link is the same for all

Instructions for connecting to the meeting using LAN line phone or cell

You dial in to Zoom, just as you would to the Free Conference Call we all
know and love; first putting in the phone number, then the access code.
Lastly, follow the prompt the auto attendant will give you.

When you want to join a meeting, choose a phone number from the above list.
Then find the access code assigned to that meeting. Each meeting will have a
different access code, just like the meetings at a regular convention will
have its own room number or location. The access codes for each meeting are
found in the convention agenda, or on the NFB website -
