Please review the following information highlighting the South Carolina’s 
state convention.
Enjoy the entire convention and or review the agenda for items of interest 
to you.

Greetings to all!
I have provided the following information highlighting the state convention 
of South Carolina, Friday, August 21 through Saturday, August 22.  Elections 
will be held on Sunday, August 23.
Please consider registering, at no cost,  for the convention conducted via 
the zoom platform.
As of this writing, we are planning to conduct an in person state convention 
however, we need to review what is needed and therefore, may move to the 
zoom platform.
Upon completion of the South Carolina state convention, I will schedule an 
affiliate board meeting to discuss further.
Note of Interest: I and others are working on two separate agendas; an in 
person and a zoom agenda.
Again, please consider registering for the South Carolina state convention.
Once the agenda is available, we could discuss what zoom calls that we need 
to participate in.  You do not have to attend to all however, the more you 
attend, the better discussion we will have in late August.

Hi Joe,



You are correct.  The deadline to register for the NFB of SC state 
convention is July 31.  The registration form can be found on our website,

www.nfbofsc.org

We will have division and committee meetings On Friday, August 21, beginning 
at 1:00 p.m.  Friday’s activities will conclude with the third quarter 
meeting of the NFB of SC Board of Directors.

On Saturday, August 22, the morning general session will be from 9:00 a.m. 
until noon.  The afternoon general session will be from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 
p.m.  The banquet will be from 7:00 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.  We will conduct our 
elections for state officers and five state board positions on Sunday, 
August 23, beginning at 2:00 p.m.  My goal is to have the convention agenda 
finalized and available sometime during the week of August 3.

the South Carolina state convention.

distribute to the NFBNJ board, chapter/division presidents to hopefully join 
the convention in August.
