Vision Loss Alliance of New Jersey is pleased to announce the opening of our 
new virtual classroom!



    Meditation & Mindfulness-


    As part of our Beyond Sight series of programs we are offering 
Meditation and Mindfulness, an online class to help you cope with the 
stresses of everyday life. This class will be held at 1:30pm EST on Tuesdays 
from April 7, 2020 to August 11, 2020using the Zoom meeting platform.


    There is no cost to participate, however registration is required and

    Now & Zen Yoga-

    Join us for an audio described Yoga experience that will facilitate core 
strengthening, flexibility, and an overall sense of peace and well-being. 
This class will take place on Wednesdays at 10:00 AM, beginning May 6th,and 
running through August 12, 2020.

    Tech Talks Forum-

    Made possible by a generous grant from The Provident Bank Foundation, 
VLANJ Tech Talks discusses accessible technologies and accessibility 
features of personal computers, iPads and iPhones. The classroom is virtual, 
conducted via Zoom, and free for all attendees.

    In our next session, taking place on Wednesday, June 24th from 7PM to 
9PM EST, we discuss how to navigate the Facebook app on the iPhone and iPad.
