Hi everyone, this is Matt - one of the members of this list. It is no
exaggeration to say that we are currently experiencing unprecedented times
that are presenting strange and unique challenges to everyone. Yet, along
with these challenges, there are unique opportunities to step up our
humanitarian efforts, lead by compassion and love, and help ease the burdens
others might be experiencing. For that reason, I wanted to let you know what
my small tech company TTJ is doing that might possibly be helpful to some on
this list:

First, we will be offering virtual help and support sessions, free of
charge, using the Zoom Cloud Meetings platform. These should serve as a
fantastic, temporary substitute for visits to Apple Stores, technicians, and
other in-person support and training venues. Our first virtual help session
will be held this Saturday, March 21, from 1PM to 3PM Eastern Time. We will
also be holding sessions on Tuesday, March 24 and Thursday, March 26, also
from 1PM to 3PM Eastern. For additional dates, visit our website, to be
provided below.

Again, all sessions are open to everyone, and there is no cost to
participate. Come for a bit, or stay for the entire time to learn from other
questions if you want. No registration is needed, just come. To join, simply
download the Zoom Cloud Meetings app from the App Store on your Apple
