invite you to a Town Hall Zoom Call with Dr. Bernice Davis, Executive

your name and contact information.

Questions from those attending the call will be considered depending on 
time.

1. Participants will be muted upon entering the call and will remain muted 
during the presentation.



2. Questions submitted in advance will be addressed by Dr. Davis with 
additional questions as time allows  All questions must be general and not 
specific to an individual or case.



3. If you want to speak, raise your hand by pressing star+9 on phone or 
Alt+Y on computer. You will be temporarily unmuted; state your full name 
prior to asking your question.



4. Be mindful of others who want to ask questions.



5. Raised hands will not be acknowledged until after Dr, Davis’
