Blindness is not a barrier, says National Federation of the Blind President, 
Mark Riccobono...public perception is.

He says that when we think of people who are blind, we often think of 
special accommodations.  But, all buildings have lights.  Lights are 
accommodations for the sighted, otherwise known as the non-blind, says Mr.
