Dear Colleague,

I hope this email finds you well and in good health. I am writing on behalf
of JEVS Human Services to announce we have received a grant to provide
Assistive Technology services and equipment to residents of Burlington
County, NJ. These services are offered at *NO COST* to the recipient.
Assistive Technology can support individuals with disabilities to increase
independence, freedom, safety, and autonomy. Services include a
person-centered evaluation, which will be performed in the comfort of the
individual’s home or workplace. Upon completion of the evaluation, the
individual will be provided with an adaptive device or equipment and
receive training from a credentialed practitioner.

These services are available until *December 31, 2021 *for individuals with
disabilities so we encourage you to reach out as soon as possible. If you
have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office at
*267-350-8611* to discuss our Assistive Technology services and how they
may benefit your supports coordination consumers. You can also contact us
