In just 19 days we will be back out on the waves sending a message of hope
world wide!
Don't miss this year as we dedicate this years event to our great friend
and mentor Joe Ruffalo. Registration begins at 7:30am. At  8:15am Linda
Melendez the current president of the NFB will be accepting the Joseph J
Ruffalo life time achievement award on his behalf for Judy Ruffalo and
sharing a few words about Joe and all that he has meant to the blind
community.
  This is a great beach day with a free surfing lesson available for all
the friends and family members who attend. As you cheer on thse who brave
the waves to send the message to anyone living in fear about going blind.

This years event is dedicated to Joe Ruffalo who was a great friend and
mentor to VEF. We will be honoring him at 8:30 am and awarding the very
first VEF Joseph J Ruffalo Lifetime Achievement Award.

Surfing begins at 9:15 after awards and announcements

This is a fun day for all that attend.

Everyone who registers will get a wrist band to get on the beach for free

   - Cheer on the blind Surfers
   - Connect with the community
   - Wave runner tows and surfing lessons for famioly members and friends
