Subject: Affordable Connectivity Program: Low or No Cost Internet for
Qualifying Households

Comcast, Verizon, and other internet providers offer high-speed connections
for households eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). The
ACP is an FCC program that provides a discount of up to $30/month for
internet service for eligible households. With the $30 discount from ACP, *the
monthly cost to the consumer may be zero - no out-of-pocket charges.*

The program also offers a one-time discount up to $100 to buy a laptop,
desktop computer or tablet from a participating provider (the household
must pay more than $10 and less than $50 toward the purchase price).

*You may qualify for the ACP if you meet one of the following:*

   - Your household income is at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines
   <https://acpbenefit.org/do-i-qualify/>.
   - You participate in a qualifying federal assistance program such as
Medicaid, food stamps, WIC, free school lunches, federal public housing
assistance, or SSI or a veteran's pension.

The Affordable Connectivity Program is limited to one monthly service
discount and one device discount per household. *Eligible households must
follow the 2 steps below to enroll in the ACP Program.*
