Community resources help to empower individuals and families to make
informed decisions about their well-being and to help them make changes to
improve their health, finances and quality of life. There are a variety
services and programs administered by the state and county that make it
easier to live with independence and dignity. This month’s panelists will
share information on how seniors and people with disabilities can:

   - Access and apply for numerous savings and assistance programs in one
   place at one time;

   - Identify community-based sources for information on national, state
   and local quality of  life resources; and

   - Receive people-centered guidance on problems or concerns related to
   long-term care (including family care situations)
