Dear NFBNJ Members and Friends:
Anticipation is building for all of us on the planning team and, we hope,
with you as well, as our 47th Annual State Convention draws even closer! To
whet your appetite for the resource-packed event to come in less than three
weeks, we present to you the agenda, attached below.
Our convention theme, “It Begins with Us,” really sums up the program we
are planning for your engagement. Remember, the event starts on the
afternoon of November 9 with a special Technology Seminar and includes a
Job Fair on Friday, November 10 and a General Session on Saturday, November
11. There also will be an exhibit hall, both in person and virtually, with
the latest in assistive tech and other products and services of importance
and interest to the blindness community.
Remember that all events will be held at the at 2055 Lincoln Highwa

y *(*Route 27) in Edison, accessible by Access Link and NJ Transit bus and
rail service.
Yes, the agenda is also available on Newsline and will be on our website
over the weekend.
We are so looking forward to greeting all of you, reconnecting with old
friends and meeting new ones, learning much and having fun together.
Warmly,
Linda Melendez, President
