*Welcome to Access Link’s Riders Choice pilot 2.0, where having your ride
performed by an associated Transportation Network Company (TNC) is now in
the palm of your hand. *



*If you received this message, your Lyft Pass and Black and White Taxi
Voucher are on their way to you and will be available for you to use
starting **July **1, 2024. You will receive emails and/or texts from Lyft
and Black and White Taxi with instructions on how to claim your vouchers.
Once claimed, you will have access to use the vouchers between the hours of
5 A.M. to 7 P.M. daily. Please check your junk or spam folders if you have
not received your emails by July 1, 2024.*



*To access this transportation option, download the Lyft app to your
Smartphone and make sure the phone number associated with the account
matches the primary number on file with Access Link. For Black and White
Taxi users, when the voucher is received, you will need to make note of
their phone number and website to reserve your rides. *
