Greetings all,

It is that time of year where I ask for Break-Out and General Session
recommendations for our annual state convention being held from Thursday,
October 23 through Sunday October 26 at the APA Hotel Woodbridge, formerly
known as the Hilton, 120 Wood Avenue South Iselin, NJ 08830. Some
guidelines to follow before submitting your recommendation form.

   -

There is the possibility for two in-person only forty-five minute
breakout sessions being held simultaneously on Friday, October 24 from 9 AM
to 9:45 AM with the goal of interesting a large majority of attending
conventioneers and within our mission statement.
   -

The room will be set-up with round tables and eight chairs for each
   table.
   -

Possibility for NFB or NFBNJ related general session segments.
   -

No outside organizations for general session recommendations except
state agencies; other organizations can be recommended to purchase an
exhibit table or become a sponsor; details to follow in a separate email.
   -

All recommendations must be clear and include details.
   -

Recommendation form submission ends on May 31.
