Dear Access Link Customer,

We are writing to share an important update regarding the Riders’ Choice
Pilot Program.

The previously announced change to the voucher structure scheduled to begin
on January 1, 2026, is *no longer going into effect at this time*. This
change has been placed *on hold until further notice*.

What this means for you:

   - No changes will be made to the current Riders’ Choice voucher program
   at this time.
   - You may continue using your vouchers as you do today.
   - We will notify you in advance if any future changes are planned.
