Please see attached notes I typed up from today's meeting. There will need to be more discussion throughout the next several weeks on email in order to make our planned event a success. Please notice the items that still need someone to take charge of, etc. If anyone has anymore ideas or requests (or if I didn't quite get the minutes correct), please reply all!
