coming up in November.

Hello Athletes!

 

It is the end of October so that means it is time to sign up for November
virtual workouts! Here are some updates to virtual programming for November:

 

*	We have exciting news that we will be releasing a 7-day yoga
challenge on our Youtube channel for Thanksgiving week starting on Sunday,
November 21. Join Marcie as she leads us through the virtual challenge! If
you complete all 7 workouts in the challenge let us know; you have the
potential to win a prize!
*	During the week of Thanksgiving, we will still be hosting live
virtual workouts on Tuesday, November 23 and Wednesday, November 24. We will
not have a live workout on Thanksgiving day.
*	Our Specialty workouts on Tuesdays at noon will be changed to
circuit workouts due to athlete feedback. Circuit workouts will consist of
either full body workouts, balance and control circuits, core and glutes, or
cardio power hour workouts!
*	Our evening full body workouts have been removed due to low
attendance.

 

Our virtual workout schedule is below! All classes are at 12pm Pacific time,
1pm Mountain time. Register for your favorite classes today! 

*	Tuesdays: Circuit Workout
*	Wednesdays: Zumba
*	Thursdays: Balance & Control/Yoga

 

*We will have a special live virtual yoga session on Saturday, November 6
with Marcie at 9am Pacific Time, 10am Mountain Time.*

growing our virtual workout community!
