Sally, I have the November minutes in my January meeting folder. The file you sent today entitled November minutes is actually a repeat of the January minutes.
Since you had previously distributed the real November minutes, I suggest that we all just delete the new file.

All's well. I have done this myself on occasion. Result of having too many files to keep track of.

Please don't be intimidated by all of the minutes I am sending out. (If it helps, the January minutes are very short!)
We will need to get these minutes approved.  We will also need to approve the February treasurer's report which is included in the Feb. minutes.
